    You can cancel at anytime. The link is located under VIP ACCESS “My Account > Purchases> Manage Subscriptions.”
  • How do I update billing details?
    You do it through the billing portal, go to VIP ACCESS “My Account > Purchases> Manage Subscriptions.”
  • Do you offer a yearly subscription?
    Yes, it’s €110/year. It is charged in Euros, not USD.
  • Can I pay with PayPal?
    No, we do not have a PayPal account. We accept all credit cards/bank transfers.
  • Why is the charge different on my credit card statement than on the website?
    Because the website is displaying EUROS, not USD or CAD dollars. The price difference will be the conversion.
  • How do you change the password once you’re logged in the account?
    You can change the password once you login. VIP Access > My Account > Account Details 
  • How do you reset the password?
    Click on “Reset Password” at the login page. Check your spam folder first for the email, it may get filtered there before it gets into your inbox.
