  1. Hi Nyla. Thank you so much for sharing this information. I love this channel and love that you have decided to share your gift/wisdom with us. You are very appreciated.

  2. Hi Nyla. This is a great video and much appreciated.

I feel I embody many of these qualities, however, after going through a devastating narcissistic nightmare that has taken me 3 years to recover from, I am not so dependable anymore. i used to have great discipline, but now I am tired.

I don’t know how to get myself lit again, even though I know and love my divine mission.

I don’t know if you have any words of wisdom for me? I will of course meditate on this myself.

Thanks for all you do ~ Susan

    1. Hi Susan,

Here’s my secret formula to transformation and changing yourself.
      1) Awareness of the characteristic that you want to change.
      2) Make a clear and decisive decision on change. There is no turning back to the old ways.
      3) Be the new version, start with one day at a time
      4) Commit to it and don’t let your ego break your intentions and commitment to yourself. Don’t let the ego talk you out of it, don’t over think it, just do it. See it as a habit like brushing your teeth. It’s that simple.

With enough practice following these simple steps, after 30 days, you will solidify the new habit, and you will become the new you.

  3. Hugely, HUGELY helpful ! – I am determined to do all I can to prepare myself, and any others with whom I interact who might also be desirous of “ascending”, to get it right, – and I am finding myself intuitively drawn to your wonderful guidance !
I can already, ruefully, feel that “6 Initiative”, which includes “Beauty and Order” (vs laziness and procrastination) and “7 Dependability” (e.g sticking to ‘schedules’, like daily meditations and eating properly) are going to be my greatest “Challenges” ! – I’m going to view these as “Opportunities”, though ! (He said, hoping it wasn’t just “words” to satisfy Ego’s anxieties !)
    Bless you, Nyla ! 🙂
